How the guide and catch-up work
Every channel carries EPG data for fourteen days back and seven days forward, delivered in the same feed IBO Player reads. That means the guide populates the moment the playlist loads — no separate XMLTV URL to hunt down, no empty grid on the first evening.
Catch-up is enabled on the bouquets whose source permits it, which covers most Canadian, British, French and sports feeds. Scroll backwards in the guide, select a programme that already aired, and it plays from the archive. The setup guide shows where the catch-up control sits in the player interface.
Requests and missing channels
If a feed you want is not in the catalogue, ask. The channel team evaluates requests weekly and adds anything it can source at acceptable quality — roughly seven in ten requests make it in. Message the desk on WhatsApp at +15144477860 or email [email protected] with the channel name and country.
Before you order
Two practical notes. First, one subscription authorises one device at a time, so households watching two screens simultaneously need two lines. Second, catalogue depth means nothing if the stream stutters — if you are moving from a service that froze at peak hour, read our buffering guide first so you can tell a network problem from a provider problem. When you are ready, the pricing page and the order form are two clicks away.
